Take an hour and a half of self-care to explore how journaling can contribute to your wellbeing. Join us for this online workshop where we will explore how writing can help reduce stress and improve resilience. We will practice different ways to use writing for self-care and prepare strategies for getting started and keeping going.

Cost: $15. Registration is required.
